In response to Internet buzz about Mariah Carey's appearance Tuesday at the Palm Springs Film Festival where she, well, appeared to be buzzed while accepting a best breakthrough performance award for her dramatic role in Precious, the Grammy-winning singer has admitted the obvious: that she wasn't entirely sober during her meandering -- and slightly incoherent in her thank-you speech.
