1. Kaki sejajar bahu tegak 2. pantulkan bola 3 kali 3. posisi telapak dibawah saluram bola 4. masukkan siku( siku didepan dada) 5. lihat ring 6. perhatikan lintasannya 7. masukan Weitsss jangan kemana-mana yuk ke [color=blue]rumahku[/color] atau ke [color=purple]deep purple mania[/color] join me at hi5 join in BeBaS |
